About Captain's Lodge and Villas

We are a small family run lodge located in the heart of the Everglades National Park. The lodge was originally built in the early 70's to accommodate the avid fisherman and the new wave of ECO Tours. We can offer a small reception area, chickee hut with bbq pit, and plenty of free parking.

Our staff is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and can help you with planning your activities. Please ask about local resturants and shops, guide services, and ECO tours. Bring your room key with you as your explore as most resturants and businesses offer discounts to our guests.

Bringing a Boat? Our shallow boat ramp affords you access to the great fishing and boating of the 10,000 islands and the Gulf of Mexico. Don't have a boat? Not sure what to do? There are boat rentals, fishing guides, airboat tours, kayaking, shelling trips and sunset tours.

We also cater to business/contractor groups, fishing, kayaking, photography groups, motorcycle, aircraft, car clubs, etc.
