From Miami - Take the Tamiami Trail (State Road 41 West), and then the State Road 29 South; or take the Alligator Alley (Interstate 75 North) to exit 80 (old 14a), then the State Road 29 South.
From Orlando - Take the Alligator Alley (Interstate 75 South) to exit 80 (old 14a), then the State Road 29 South. Drive 20 miles to the intersection of 29 / 41, continue south on 29, and the hotel is located 50 yards from the city circle.
